Car Simulcast provides vehicle-related reports generated from publicly available data sources. The Service is intended for informational and research purposes only.
Car Simulcast is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Carfax, AutoCheck, or any other third-party vehicle history provider.
All purchases are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes the purchase of individual vehicle reports and account credits.
Credits can be used to redeem reports and will expire 1 year after the purchase date. However, if you top up your account before the expiration date, any remaining credits will roll over for another year. You can view your expiration details in the “Transfers” section of your account.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without liability, except where required by law.
Accounts terminated due to violations of these Terms may forfeit any remaining credits without refund.
All reports are generated using publicly available data and are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Car Simulcast makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any data provided. Users are solely responsible for verifying information through other sources before making decisions based on reports.
The “number of records” preview shown prior to purchase is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. Temporary outages, delays, or technical issues may occur.

The Car Simulcast Chrome extension may scan webpages locally for Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) to assist in generating reports. This process is limited to detecting VIN patterns and does not collect unrelated browsing data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts associated with fraudulent activity, abuse, or payment disputes.
If you experience an issue, you agree to contact support at support@carsimulcast.com before initiating a payment dispute.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Car Simulcast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to financial loss, business interruption, or decisions made based on the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Car Simulcast, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Car Simulcast may reference third-party trademarks, service marks, and brand names strictly for identification, commentary, and research purposes in accordance with applicable law, including nominative fair use.
Use of such trademarks does not imply affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from their respective owners.
All trademarks, logos, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
