All credit deposits are final. Refunds for credits are only offered if credits were not received upon purchase.
In the event that the service becomes permanently unavailable, no refunds will be issued for previously purchased credits.
If your account is terminated due to Terms of Service violations, your remaining credits will expire immediately.
All report purchases are final unless a report fails to generate. If this occurs, we will offer you a refund or regenerate the report.
To receive reduced pricing, you must make the full deposit amount shown in the pricing table in a single payment.
Prices shown in the pricing table are valid only until your next deposit. If you deposit a lower amount in the future, your prices will be adjusted accordingly.
We reserve the right to change price plans and offers at any time. Your current price rate is guaranteed only until your next deposit.
Credits expire one year from the purchase date. You can extend your expiration by making another purchase before your credits expire.
We are not responsible for foreign currency charges or exchange rate fluctuations. Please check with your credit card provider regarding any foreign transaction fees. All charges are processed in USD.
Guarantee of Service & Limitations
We do not guarantee 24/7 service availability. Technical difficulties or temporary outages may occur, particularly during API server updates which happen every few months and can last several hours. Historically, the service has never been offline for more than 24 hours. If the service is unavailable, please contact us and allow time for restoration.
There are no daily limits for purchasing reports. However, API users have limits on free VIN record checks. Your purchase-to-free-check ratio should not exceed 1:15, otherwise this may be deemed as misuse of the free check service, resulting in a 1 credit fee on your API balance.
Non-API users are not subject to fees for free checks. However, the system will automatically flag accounts suspected of misuse.
If you are accessing reports from outside North America, you may need to use a VPN service to ensure your reports display correctly.
All reports provided are guaranteed to be genuine from official USA sources. Canadian vehicles are accepted; however, the format and information provided will be in the USA version only.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of the "number of records" field displayed before ordering a report. When in doubt, compare against other websites.
Window stickers offered by report vendors should be downloaded promptly, as they contain security sessions that expire within hours or a few days.
Reports are stored long-term on our servers and can be accessed in your Transactions tab.
Disputes
Payment disputes or suspected fraud will result in a permanent ban of your email address, IP address, payment card, and payment account on Car Simulcast and all affiliated, reseller, and associated websites.
Do not open a payment dispute for customer service purposes. Please contact us first and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. Opening a dispute could take longer than 30 days to resolve.

Chrome Extension
Car Simulcast chrome extension monitors user activity by scanning pages for Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) to generate reports.
By using this optional widget, you consent to such monitoring.
