Refund Policy

General Provisions

You are eligible for a full reimbursement if Car Simulcast doesn’t deliver your report within 10 seconds after payment. You will not be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund the moment you are redirected to the reports page after payment.

Reasons for a refund

  • If you provided a non-existent VIN number.
  • If you did not receive the report after paying.
  • If the Car Simulcast team deems you eligible for a refund.

Note: You will not receive a refund if you submit an incorrect VIN. All purchases are final.

Information required when applying for a refund

Email us the following with subject: Refund Request to support@carsimulcast.com

  1. The VIN number you submitted.
  2. The PayPal transaction ID.

Car Simulcast team will review your transaction, evaluate the data you submitted, and respond to you within 3 business days.
