Depending on the report type, reports will provide you with information necessary to determine the actual condition of the vehicle: mileage, damage records, countries of previous registrations, records from databases of stolen vehicles and so much more. The exact list of information is subject to availability and report type.

How do I pay?

While ordering

Now that you convinced me to purchase the report, where should I start from?

Start by entering your VIN and pressing the “Check car now” button. Afterward, choose a report type and then proceed to the payment step. After payment, the report page will show up.

I get the message No Results Found. What should I do?

Please double-check the VIN. A common issue is mixing up “5” with “S” or “4” with “A”. VIN should consist of 17 characters – make sure you have not missed any of them. Do not worry about caps lock and lower case, as there is no difference, actually.

After the purchase

I did not receive the report. Can you help me?

Sure. If the report is really missing, go ahead and verify your PayPal transaction. Has the appropriate amount been charged? If not, you should try making the payment once again. If yes, please get in touch with us by sending an email that includes the PayPal transaction ID to support@carsimulcast.com.

There are no accident records in the report. Weren’t you able to check the car? Or is it accident-free?

It actually means that the report provider did not find any damage records associated with the VIN you provided. Report providers extensive database includes millions of damage records, but your car is not listed there. This fact increases the possibility that this vehicle is truly accident-free.

How do I apply for a refund?

I entered another VIN by mistake. What should I do?

Place a new order but this time enter the correct VIN.

How do I print out the report or save it as a PDF?

Press CTRL + P on your keyboard and you will be able to print out the report. You can also save the report as a PDF from the print settings.

Can I share the report link?

Yes you can share the report link. Send the link to anyone and they can simply click on it and view the report you purchased.
